As we tentatively dip our toe into a fresh new year, I thought it would be appropriate to feature this image of a pretty, and unassuming lily as a gentle reminder. Why? (You might be wondering if I’m bonkers. I am, haha.) Because the lotus is a common symbol of rebirth and strength. Even from murky waters, something beautiful can blossom. And let’s be honest, sometimes life can be a bit mucked up (yes; I spelled that correctly). The good news is that we’re growing through what we go through. We live and we learn, and eventually we blossom. And when that happens, we are able to float on the water and ride the waves and ripples a bit more easily. So, I wish you a blooming good year!!
