Strawberry Salad

This is surely the EASIEST recipe on the blog, because… well, it’s a salad. How hard can it be? And you can’t even burn it! Amiright??? Haha!

Now before we get started with the ingredients, and you potentially turn up your nose, let me just say that I initially had some serious doubts about this actually tasting good. However, after I got over myself and gave it a try, I LOVED it! This is one of my favorite salads to make and eat – goat cheese and all. (Yes; I said goat cheese.) I’m pretty sure you’re going to love it too.

So, let’s get to it…

Ingredients:

  • Baby spinach
  • Goat cheese
  • Fresh sliced strawberries
  • Candied pecans
  • Poppy seed dressing (Brianna’s is the best!)

Directions:

Remove stems from baby spinach leaves, then add all the ingredients above into a bowl. Since this is a salad, the measurements are all up to you, and depend largely on how hungry you are, or how many people you plan to feed. Hehe…

🙂
