Maybe you think this all sounds great but…
Who the heck has time to journal??!?!? This journaling method simply requires filling in the blanks and some mental reflection. (It’s about the effort you put in, not the word count.) It only takes a few moments in the morning to write down your goals, visualize, and list some intentions to get pumped about your day. Then at the end of the day, reflect and make notes.
I’m not really sure journaling is my “thing”… No worries! This is not your typical journaling style or experience. It’s quick, easy, and user friendly. Journaling is great for your mental health, but it doesn’t have to be tedious or complicated to be beneficial.
My WHY; and how this journaling method has changed MY life…
When I first picked up a pen and decided to journal, I was not in a very, um… happy place. I was a new mom with postpartum depression (though I refused to acknowledge it at the time). I was beyond sleep deprived, boarding on some kind of zombie psychoses. And I was struggling with an identity crisis – trying to adjust from going from working full time, to suddenly becoming a stay-at-home mom. I also loved my new daughter more than life itself, and I wanted to give her the best version of myself – which was not who I was at the time. So, I set out on a mission to become the mother and person I wanted to be. My journaling method became the catalyst that changed my life, and it is my hope to help others who also simply want to be a better human and live a happier life.
